change the name of start button

How to rename start in taskbar.........

follow the following steps:
1. download resource hacker from softpedia website in google or click the following link:
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Resource-Hacker-Download-1520.html
now click on external mirror (us)
or (uk)
2. now install it and open the resource hacker.
now go to file
3. click open
4. open explorer.exe from c:\windows\explorer.exe
5. now it will open many submenus
6. click on + symbol of string table
7. now click on + symbol of 37
8. now click on 1033
9. now in right pane you will see "Start"
10. delete it and type name and click on compile script.
11. ab ise explorer.exe ke naam se save as kar do. c:\windows ki bahjaye kaheen or 
12. ab run ko open karo
13. type karo regedit.
14. ab 5 submenus mein se Hkey_local_machine ke + symbol par click karo.
15. ab software ke + symbol par click karo.
16. ab microsoft ke + symbol par click karo.
17. ab window nt ke + par click karo.
18. ab current versions ke + par click karo
19. ab Winlogon par click karo  
20. right side mein shell par double click kare aur apne naam  wale explorer.exe ka path paste karein aur    computer ko restart kar de.
